The new Kel-Tec PLR-16 is causing some heads to turn. This neat little pistol is a gas operated semi-automatic pistol chambered in the amazing 5.56mm NATO cartridge. It is a great silhouette shooting and hunting pistol. The PLR-16 has a conventional long stroke gas pistol operation utilizing the proven Johnson/Stoner breech locking system. The Mil-std-picatinny 1913 rail will accept a wide variety of accessories and optics. The PLR-16 is made from High impact glass fiber reinforced polymer and features a matte black finish.
